How can it be that running 3 miles is harder than running 9 miles?

Great Day!!!!

Today was a great day.  The 9 miles was smooth sailing and the Cats got another win after coming off a great win over the number 3 team in the country this week. 
As for the run, I really liked running through an older part of Lexington with nice big mature trees and some nice houses.  [...]
